Building a Local Strategy for Supercell

Community connection was at the heart of our approach. Beyond daily moderation, we partnered with influencers and organized tournaments as well as live events. Moreover, these gatherings transformed online enthusiasm into real-world excitement. We also created localized assets, playable ads, and creative PR kits that added a local voice while staying true to Supercell’s global brand identity. Brawl Stars, Hay Day, Clash of Clans and more! 

Combining User Acquisition with Brand Growth

To drive growth, we combined user acquisition campaigns with long-term brand work. Targeted ads increased visibility and boosted downloads across key demographics. In addition, we tracked campaign spending carefully to maintain efficiency and maximize return on investment. Weekly and monthly reports were sent directly to Supercell’s headquarters in Finland, ensuring clear progress updates and fast feedback loops.
