Supercell set an ambitious goal to efficiently scale Brawl Stars user acquisition and boost game revenue in Turkey. The primary hurdle was to bring in large volumes of high-quality users at a markedly lower cost per install, while still sustaining engagement levels and increasing in-game spending.
OUR SOLUTION
For this Brawl Stars user acquisition campaign, we executed more than 300 data-driven performance marketing campaigns, continually optimizing creative assets, refining granular audience segments, and A/B testing across multiple ad platforms to maximize reach, boost conversions, and minimize customer acquisition costs.
RESULTS
This Brawl Stars campaign achieved 5.3M installs and over 1M new users in a single month. Delivered 200M+ impressions, dropped CPI to $0.10–$0.15 (≈953% reduction), and boosted daily in-game spending to $6K–$8K—setting new growth benchmarks for the region.
