CHALLENGE

In this Lantern Sandy Ramadan campaign, where we proactively proposed a localized character for Brawl Stars during Ramadan, one of the main challenges was to articulate the process of creating a character that would truly resonate with the MENA region. Convincing Supercell to commit to such a major in-game integration was a key part of the journey.

SOLUTION

We conducted comprehensive regional research, providing detailed recommendations and creative concepts to shape “Lantern Sandy.” Collaborating closely with Supercell, we crafted a culturally respectful and engaging character design that genuinely celebrated Ramadan traditions and player identity. To promote this new skin set within the game we created special gift box which emphasizes the attirbutes of Sandy including pillow case, quilt cover set and sleeping mask.

RESULTS

Following the release of the Lantern Sandy skin set, Lantern Sandy Ramadan Campaign and the delivery of influencer kits, the campaign generated over 5 million video views in total. The community warmly embraced Lantern Sandy, and it became one of the top-selling skin sets during that period.
