KONAMI aimed to deepen eFootball’s community engagement by turning fans into active participants. The challenge was creating a scalable, platform-native competition that aligned with each influencer’s audience while staying true to the game’s identity.

SOLUTION
In collaboration with Scara, we launched Influencer Rivalry through synchronized Tour Events featuring Deli Mi Ne?, Ümidi, and Hype. Each creator’s community competed to unlock bigger rewards. The campaign spanned YouTube videos and Kick livestreams, and was supported by exclusive gift boxes, signed jerseys, and personalized video messages.
RESULTS
The campaign generated over 2 million views on YouTube, 500,000 Instagram story impressions, and 250,000 views on Kick. A total of 17 exclusive gift boxes were distributed to top-performing fans, including signed jerseys and personalized video messages. With three simultaneous influencer activations, the competition drew massive engagement from each creator’s community and successfully gamified audience loyalty.
