In 2022, Nunitos took part in one of the most exciting Disney marketing projects in Turkey: the highly anticipated launch of Disney+. Our goal was to design a campaign that spoke directly to Gen Z through the platforms they use and love most, ensuring maximum relevance and engagement in a crowded media landscape.

Reimagining Disney+ Campaigns for Gen Z

To achieve this, we introduced Turkey’s first fully digital roadblock campaign. Although traditionally used in television, we reimagined this tactic for Twitch, one of the fastest-growing platforms among Gen Z audiences. We took over Twitch with creative messaging that blended seamlessly into the user experience. Moreover, we integrated live influencer content to engage audiences in real time.

This innovative approach turned a classic media strategy into something dynamic and highly relevant for today’s digital-first viewers.

The campaign went far beyond a one-off activation. It combined strategic planning, platform-specific adaptation, influencer partnerships, and live execution to deliver meaningful results. Every detail felt native to Twitch while amplifying Disney+’s position as a home for globally loved content.

By merging technical precision with cultural insight, we ensured the campaign resonated deeply with local audiences and encouraged them to explore Disney+ as a fresh entertainment destination.
