ISTANBUL MUNICIPALITY

From concept to execution, Nunitos led one of the most impactful Istanbul Municipality marketing projects to date: the Istanbul Youth and Entertainment Festival (IGEF). We partnered with IBB and Spor Istanbul to organize the festival for two consecutive years. As a result, we created a space where young people could engage with entertainment and community during the pandemic.

Building a Complete Strategy for Istanbul Municipality

This project was built entirely from the ground up. We started with brand strategy and moved into logo design and visual identity. In addition, our team developed the overall creative direction, ensuring the festival reflected youth culture and local energy. We also managed event flow, influencer partnerships, livestream planning, tournament operations, and media outreach.

Moreover, our scope included broadcast coordination, brand collaborations, media buying, and out-of-home advertising across Istanbul.

A Successful First Year and Growing Impact

Thanks to this full-service approach, the festival’s first year saw remarkable success. Engagement levels exceeded expectations and created a positive impact among the audience.

As a result, IBB & Spor İstanbul chose to continue the event the following year. This decision reflected strong public interest and showed the festival’s cultural significance.

Influencer Engagement and Expanding Reach

During the second edition, we worked with top-tier influencers and well-known public figures. Their presence amplified the festival’s reach across social and traditional media channels. At the same time, content remained grounded in the local spirit and youth culture it was designed to celebrate.
